During this month the works of the single-family house “El muro suspendido” (The suspended wall) located on the beach of Albufereta, Alicante, will start.
The ground is very soft and therefore the excavation is easy. Once the different platforms have been built, the foundation slab of the upper basement level is built.
The influence of the water table makes this solution necessary, as well as the use of Wellpoint type solutions for the lower platform.
