At the beginning of the year, excavation work began on the site for the single-family house located in Monte Alcedo, Ribarroja (Valencia).
The land, as indicated in the geotechnical study, is mainly composed of silt and sand, which facilitates the work in this phase. In the second image you can see the excavation ready to receive the cleaning concrete.
Once the reinforcement of the footings has been placed on the cleaning concrete, and prior to the concreting of these, the house is grounded.
In the last image you can see the reinforcement left for the walls that will be built on these continuous foundations and their connection with the reinforcement of the footing itself.
